Estimates

Agree on a price with the client before the work begins. Quickly prepare an estimate with work, details, and costs, send it to the client for approval, and after approval, turn it into a real work process and invoice.

Estimates make it easy to show customers exactly what needs to be done, which parts are required and how much the repair is expected to cost. The customer gets a clear proposal, while the workshop gets a solid basis for carrying out the work.

Once an estimate is approved, the information doesn't have to be entered again. Approved jobs and costs can become the foundation for the work order and, later, the invoice.

This reduces misunderstandings, duplicate data entry and situations where the customer is unsure about what was actually agreed.
